I run Clear Road Labs, an AI strategy and implementation studio. I work directly with operators to find the workflow worth changing, prove the route with numbers, and engineer the system end to end.
A little about the work
I like messy workflows and measurable outcomes.
Most of my work starts inside an inbox, spreadsheet, or process held together by someone’s memory. I map what is actually happening, then build the software, agents, integrations, and guardrails needed to make it better.
That has included AI-assisted hotel sourcing for touring bands, artist intelligence for talent buyers, a proactive operating system for an insurance practice, HR workflows in chat, and an autonomous software factory that has shipped 17 apps.
