The system
CommerceOps is a commerce operations control plane at genuine ERP scope — orders, inventory, manufacturing, purchasing, returns, and finance in one workspace. Fifty-eight pages, forty-four API routes, two hundred seven server actions, ten scheduled jobs — built by one engineer.
It exists to answer a question clients ask in different words: can one engineer with the right system actually ship enterprise-scope software? The order flow is the proof — Shopify-style webhook ingestion through inventory reservation, fulfillment push, and reconciliation, every step traceable by webhook, queue, order, and audit ID.
